Privacy and cookies
How R DCollective handles personal information on this website. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Who we are
R DCollective is a design and development collective based in Slough, Berkshire. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the kind of project you are thinking about and your message. We use this to reply and to discuss your project. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and on taking steps at your request before any agreement is made.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Website analytics. Only if you choose to accept analytics. See the cookies section below.
Who handles your information
- Formspree processes contact form submissions on our behalf and passes them to us by email. It may store and process data outside the UK.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Google supplies the fonts this site uses, so your IP address is sent to Google's servers when a page loads. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also receives data about how you use the site.
- unpkg, a content delivery network, supplies the script that powers the contact form.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no cookies of its own. It stores your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. They help us count visits and see which pages are used, so that we can improve the site. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of any page.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we start work together, we keep project records for as long as needed for the work and for our legal and insurance obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
